Mental and emotional trauma following a traumatic event often goes unrecognized and unreported. The independent mental health professionals associated with Personal Injury Assessment Centers identify, diagnose and treat patients who, after experiencing a traumatic event, may be suffering from acute stress disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), depression and/or select phobias.
Personal Injury Assessment Centers provide early identification and treatment of these often under-diagnosed disorders. Our mission is to counsel patients on stress management and overcoming anxiety and depression. We'll also assist in arresting any acquired phobias and help patients return to active daily living as soon as possible.
